How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing normally takes 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing days Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is a Monday.
*Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on customer location and your product. Custom products have additional shipping days.
*International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on customer location and product. $25 per bundle****.You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges. Where as Salem’s Hair Collection shipping cost only covers the importation of your order into the country.

When will customer be able to track their package?
After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. Please track your package at usps.com Your tracking number will come to your email.
