PLEASE NOTE

Salem’s Hair collection will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages will require a signature to avoid stolen shipments. We will not refund any money unless we are at fault and we must be notified of any issues within 3-4 hours of receiving your packages to resolve the matter. No refund will be issued if package is returned. We will immediately contact you for reshipment. Customer is responsible for reshipment cost.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing normally takes5-7 business daysfor your order to be shipped out. Processing days Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is a Monday.

  • Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on customer location and your product. Custom products have additional shipping days.
  • International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on customer location and product. $25 per bundle****.You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges. Where as Salem’s Hair Collection shipping cost only covers the importation of your order into the country.
  • All Packages Delivery is with USPS.
  • Business Days are Monday-Friday.

When will customer be able to track their package?

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. Please track your package atusps.com Your tracking number will come to your email. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your order please contact customer service by text at 1-248-514-4149 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday or email salemshaircompany@gmail.com.
